The $400 Full Appraisal is for anyone who needs a certified appraiser to complete an appraisal that is compliant with legal purposes, selling a home, date of death, etc. This appraisal is usually completed within two business days after the inspection. Our typical turn-around time from order to delivery is about one week. We are happy to rush it for an additional fee. (Usually $100)

The full appraisal inspection process includes the appraiser coming to the property, walking the interior and exterior, measuring the house, garage, basement, decks, porches, patios, etc. The appraiser photographs each room, garage, basement, the mechanical systems such as the furnace, water heater, AC, etc. 

The appraisal report is then created based on research, in-depth analysis of other sales in the area, and then sent to the client, usually two business days after the inspection. 

This appraisal is fully USPAP compliant and is very similar to the appraisals that we do for banks, mortgage companies, etc.
